Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

For New Items: Newly manufactured items (such as modern wooden toys) must be returned unused, in new condition, and with their original packaging.

For Vintage & Antique Items: Due to the unique nature of our inventory, vintage items are sold in pre-loved condition. We detail the wear and patina in our Condition Reports. Vintage items must be returned in the exact condition they were sent out in order to qualify for a 30-day refund. Candy and confections are final sale.
